Wee Wuzzles is a wonderful learning environment for children ages 2 weeks to walking – usually about 14 months.  We provide age appropriate activities for your child, encouraging their growth and development. We support breastfed babies; a quiet space is provided with a cozy glider for nursing moms.

Our Careteachers specialize in infants and toddlers, having at least 3 semester hours in infant/toddler development and care practices from an accredited college or university or 4.5 CEU’s in infant/toddler development and care practices.  We hold infant/toddler CPR certifications, blood born pathogen and standard first aid certificates.

Tooth-brushing

As a part of your child’s care, we clean your baby’s mouth at least once a day with a wet washcloth.  As your child gets older we use a wet toothbrush.  We do not use toothpaste until age two.

Outdoor Play

Wee Friends provides a separate fenced in play area for our infants & toddlers.  This area is filled with age appropriate equipment and toys to encourage exploration and learning.

All children, including infants, are required by Department of Human Services to play outside daily, weather permitting.  We do not go outside if the temperature is less than 20 degrees, wind chill temperature is less than 20 degrees, if the temperature is over 90 degrees, or on rainy days.  Please send appropriate clothing.
